THE undersigned John Edward Evans,
hereby make application to register the
Baker’s Hill Mining Company, Registered, under
the provisions of "The Mining Company’s Limited
Liability Act, 1865" and I do solemnly and
sincerely declare that the following statement is,
to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in
every particular, namely:—

Baker’s Hill Mining Company, Registered." -
The place of operations is at Baker’s Hill,
Kairori District. -
The nominal capital of the Company is two
hundred and seventy-five pounds, in fifty-five
shares of five pounds each. -
The amount already paid up is fifty-four
pounds nine shillings. -
The name of the manager is John Edward
Evans. -
The office of the Company is at Willis street,
Wellington. -
