Election of Provincial Council Member for Waitotara and Kai Iwi.

HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified for general information that a Writ for the election of a Member to serve in the Provincial Council for Waitotara and Kai Iwi, having been issued in accordance with Clause 13 of "An Act to grant a Representative Constitution to the Colony of New Zealand," the Returning Officer has returned the said Writ, with a certificate that the undermentioned gentleman has been duly elected to serve as member of the said Provincial Council for Waitotara and Kai Iwi,
