Crown Grants.

DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI., of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming Title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the undermentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in the annexed Schedule.

1482 1103 Hart Udy Entitled to a Crown Grant of 50 acres, more or less, part of Rural Section No. 65, on the plan of the Hutt Valley. The legal estate to vest in Grantee from the 30th day of July, 1855.
1483 1465 James Smith Entitled to a Crown Grant of part of Town Section No. 481, on the plan of the City of Wellington. The legal estate to vest in the Grantee as from the 7th January, 1860, subject to a direction of the Commissioner.
1484 1709 John Tully Entitled to a Crown Grant of ten acres of land, part of Rural Section No. 87, in the Porirua District. The legal estate to be antevested in the Grantee as from the 17th August, 1869.
