Also on the 10th August, 1869, cancelled the clean certificate of

James McLeon, Pahaua,
(Sutherland’s) in consequence of a Scabby
Sheep being found on the run.

Wellington, 25th Sept., 1869.

The Inspector of Sheep for the Wanganui District reports, that he has on the
10th Inst., granted a clean certificate
for a separate flock of wethers, numbering
four hundred and fifty, belonging to

Messrs. Richards, Bros.,
of the Wangaebu.

Wellington, 5th Oct., 1869.

The Inspector for Wellington has reported that on the 1st instant he inspected
a flock of 136 sheep and 68 lambs in the
Adelaide Road, in the possession of E.
Owen, Esq., branded JS. H E, and granted
a clean certificate.

The Inspector of Sheep for the Wellington District reports that he has received
notice from

Mr. W. Luxford, Senr.,
that the flock of sheep depasturing at
Berhampore farm are infected with scab,
and that the clean certificate issued on the
18th November, 1868, has accordingly been
cancelled.

NOTICE has been given to this office
that at the annual meeting of rate-
payers of the above District, held on the
21st September, the following were elected
