West Coast Prospecting and Gold Mining Company (Registered).
I, THE undersigned, JOSEPH PAYTON do hereby make application to register "THE WEST COAST PROSPECTING AND GOLD MINING COMPANY (Registered)" under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:-

NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF WANGANUI BRIDGE DEBENTURES, ISSUED BY THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF WELLINGTON.
(From the New Zealand Gazette, 10th September, 1869.)
WHEREAS an Act of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Session X., No. 6, was passed, intituled "An Act to authorise the construction of a Bridge over the Wanganui River and levying of Tolls on Traffic over the same :" And whereas, under and by the authority of the said Act, the sum of £16,909 was raised for the purposes of the said Act, as therein mentioned : And whereas it is expedient that notice should be given, in accordance with the fourteenth section of the said Act, that the Debentures for the said Loan of £16,000 should be paid off:
Now therefore I, Julius Vogel, Colonial Treasurer of New Zealand, do hereby on behalf of the Government of New Zealand, and I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby, on behalf of the Government of the said Province, give notice that all Debentures issued under the said Act shall become payable at the Colonial Treasury, Wellington, New Zealand, on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.
