Supreme Court.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting
of the Circuit Court of the Supreme
Court, for the Wellington District of New
Zealand, for the despatch of Criminal and
Civil Business, will be held at the Court
House, in the Supreme Court Buildings,
Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Wednesday, the First day of September next, at
ten o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to
Proclamation, at which time and place all
persons bound by recognizances as Prosecutors, Witnesses or Defendants, are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given that the
Civil Cases will not be called on for trial
until Wednesday, the eighth day of September next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, to
which time the sittings of the said Circuit
Court will be adjourned after the conclusion
of the Criminal Business.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banco
on Wednesday, the fifteenth day of September next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

The Erin Go Bragh Gold Mining
Company (Registered).
I, THE undersigned, FREDERICK ATCHISON, hereby make application to register
“The Erin Go Bragh Gold Mining
Company (Registered)” under the provisions of “The Gold Mining Companies
Limited Liability Act 1865” and I do
solemnly and sincerely declare that the
following statement is to the best of my
belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—
1st. That the name and style of the
Company is “The Erin Go Bragh Gold
Mining Company (Registered).”
2nd. That the place of intended operations is the Terawiti and Makara Ranges,
in the Province of Wellington.
3rd. That the nominal Capital of the
Company is £500 in shares of £10 each.
4th. That the amount paid up is £39.
5th. That the name of the Manager is
Frederick Atchison.
6th. That the Office of the Company is
at Lambton Quay, in the City of Wellington.
7th. That the names and several residences of the Shareholders and the number
of Shares held by each at this date are

hereby make application to Register
“The Telegraph Gold Mining Company,
(Registered)” under the provisions of “The
Gold Mining Companies Limited Liability
Act 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following is to the
best of my belief and knowledge true in
every particular, namely:—
1st. That the name and style of the
Company is “The Telegraph Gold Mining
Company (Registered).”
2nd That the place of intended operations is at the Native Reserve, Pukerua,
in the Province of Wellington.
