Supreme Court Notice.

Wellington, June 28th, 1869.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the dispatch of business accruing under the provisions of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "Amendment Act, 1868," will be holden at the Court House, Lambton Quay, on Friday, the 16th day of July next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.

Porirua Ferry School District Amended.

PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON Esquire Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.

WHEREAS by a certain Proclamation under the hand of his Honor Isaac Earl Featherston dated the Fourth day of June One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-nine the boundaries of a School District were defined under the designation of the "Porirua Ferry School District" which district was intended to include certain adjacent sections And whereas only a portion of such adjacent sections were included Now therefore I Isaac Earl Featherston Superintendent of the Province of Wellington as aforesaid in virtue of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf do hereby proclaim and declare that such portion of the Province as is comprised within the following sections in the Tukapu district shall form part of the said Porirua Ferry School District under the provisions of an Act of the Provincial Council Session II. No. 6 and that such Act shall come into operation in the said District on the day of the date hereof viz. Sections numbers eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty twenty-one twenty-two twenty-three twenty-four twenty-five twenty-six twenty-seven twenty-eight twenty-nine as shown in the plan hereto annexed and colored red.

Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington at Wellington this second day of July One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-nine.
