SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Friday, the Twenty-fifth day of June instant, at 2 o’clock p.m.

Proposed alteration of Boundaries Mataongaonga and Matarawa Road Boards.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 16th June, 1869.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to this office for the alteration of the Boundaries of the Mataongaonga and Matarawa Road Boards in the manner following, viz.: "That the Northern Boundary of the Matarawa District shall be as originally stated, being the North end of the Sections No. 2 line, beginning at the Wanganui River, on to Section 59 (Wallace). North to North side of Section 59, to the corner of Sections 271 (Shields’) and 270 (A. McGregor’s), on to the corner of Pickup’s land; from thence in an Easterly direction the North side of A. McGregor’s land till it strikes Higgie’s fence, then the North side of Section 270 on to Gregor McGregor’s land; North East to Section 143 (David Lind’s land), across the Maori Reserve (Wai Kapu) at its widest point, running by the North side of Edward Byrne’s land to the West side of Wm. Reid’s land and T. Fleetwood’s land to the Tawai tree, where it strikes the Makirikiri Block and Sergeant’s land; the West side of Sergeant’s land to the North corner; the North side of his land to be the boundary on to the Wanganui River."

And notice is hereby further given that at the expiration of six months from this date His Honor the Superintendent will accede to the application unless sufficient cause be shown to the contrary.

Election of Wardens, Road Districts.

LOWER WAIWETU ROAD DISTRICT.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 8th June, 1869.

It has been notified to this Office that at a Meeting of the Ratepayers, held on the 31st May last, the following persons were elected a Board of Wardens, viz.:

Mr. A. Ladlam
,, J. Cole
,, T. Freethy
,, D. West

and that Mr. A. Ladlam was elected Chairman.

MIDDLE WAIWETU ROAD DISTRICT.

It has been notified to this Office that the following persons have been elected a Board of Wardens for this District, viz.:
