Crown Grants.

I

DAVID LEWIS, a Commissioner duly appointed by virtue of the Ordinance No. 15, Session XI, of the Legislative Council of the Islands of New Zealand, to hear and decide Claims to Land by persons claiming Title thereto, from, through, or under the New Zealand Company, report that the Claims of the undermentioned persons having been duly referred to me for investigation, I do hereby decide that the said persons are respectively entitled to Crown Grants of the land set against their names in the annexed Schedule.

1462 1026 George Burnand ... Entitled to a Crown Grant of Section No. 617, on the Plan of the City of Wellington. Also to a Grant of Rural Section No. 29, Karori District.
1463 1668 William Waring Taylor... Entitled to a Crown Grant of the Section No. 673, on the Plan of the City of Wellington.
1464 1664 The Right Hon. Lord Ashburton... Entitled to a Crown Grant of the following Sections in the City of Wellington, viz., Nos. 177, 244, 432, 414, and 796. Subject, nevertheless, to a direction of the Commissioner as to the delivery of the Grant for Town Section No. 244.
1465 1571 Rev. James Buller ... Entitled to a Crown Grant of a piece of land part of Rural Section No. 12, Porirua District. Subject to a direction of the Commissioner.
1466 1428 Thomas Taylor ... Entitled to a Crown Grant of Rural Section No. 106, left bank of the Wanganui River.
