Supreme Court
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Wellington District of New Zealand, for the Dispatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be holden at the Court House, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Tuesday the first day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by Recognizances, as Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Cases will not be called on for trial until Tuesday the eighth day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to which time the Sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Tuesday the fifteenth day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that the signals hitherto used by the Pilot at the Manawatu River have been discontinued; and those ordered under the Order in Council, dated 25th June, 1868, are solely in operation.

The Inspector of Sheep for the Wellington and West Coast District reports that he has granted a clean certificate for the Sheep of
Mr. H. F. LOGAN, Papanui.
Date of certificate 14th May, 1869.

The Inspector of Sheep for the Wairarapa District reports that he has granted clean certificates as under—
On the 20th April, to Mr. B. P. Perry, Taratahi, for his Eastern Flock.
On the 12th May, to Mr. Hugh McMasters, for his Flock at Taiterata.
On the 15th May, to Messrs. Beetham, for their Ewe Flock in the Wainuiora.
And that on the 4th May, he cancelled the clean certificate of the Native Flock, at Long Bush.

The Inspector of Sheep for the East Coast District reports that he has granted clean certificates as under—
On the 15th April, to Messrs. Murch and Hales, Flat Point, for their Ewe Flock.
On the 1st May, to Mr. Bellis Ripleside, for his Flock.
And that he has cancelled the clean certificate held by Mr. E. Meredith, of Riversdale.
