Native Land Court.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, February 15, 1869.
WHEREAS by an instrument dated the 3rd day of November, 1867, in writing under the hand of His Excellency Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, then Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, which instrument was made under the authority and in pursuance of the Native Lands Act, 1867, it was referred to the Native Lands Court to determine who are the Natives interested in each of the Reserves described in the Schedule annexed to the said instrument, and hereunder also described, and to order the sub-divisions of the same among those Natives who may be so interested in such manner as to the said Court shall seem fit, and to order certificates to be issued according to the plan of such subdivisions in such or like manner as is provided in the 17th Section of the "Native Lands Act, 1867."
Now notice is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Lands Court will be held at Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, on the first day of June, 1869, and following days for the purpose of hearing and determining the matter referred as above mentioned.

Schedule A.
All that piece of land situate at Porirua commencing at Te Urukahika, by the stream running into Porirua Harbour, thence running inland to Pokawhenua, thence to Rangituhi, thence to the Takapuwahia stream, thence to Hamutawa, thence to the Ihikarito stream, and down the stream to the Porirua Harbour, thence along the beach, and joining at Te Urukahika.
Schedule B.
All that piece of land situate at Porirua, district of Wellington. The boundary commences at Ngapekerere, thence to Hamutawa, thence along the boundary of the land previously given up to the Commissioner to Rangituhi, thence along the said boundary to Te Urukahika, thence to Putaputa (the boundary of Ellison’s land), thence along that boundary to Ngapekerere, where it joins.
Schedule C.
All that piece of land situate at Porirua, district of Wellington, the boundaries of which commence at Paparaumu, thence along the southern boundary of Ellison’s land (Section 109) to Putaputa, thence along the hills to Te Ratu, here it turns and goes along the boundary of the Queen’s land to the Arataura on the Sea Coast, thence it is bounded on west by the Sea Coast to Paparaumu.
Schedule D.
All that piece of land situate at Porirua, Wellington, bounded North by section 101, East by boundary between Native and Crown Land, South by the Aotea stream to its source, and thence in a straight line to the Eastern boundary, and West by the Porirua Harbour, containing about 300 acres more or less.
Schedule E.
All that piece of land situate at Porirua bounded towards the North by the Aotea stream, and by the surveyed line of Wi Parata’s land, East and South by the Kenepuru stream to its mouth, and by Crown Land, west by Porirua Harbour.
