PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston Esquire Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.

ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON
Superintendent of the Province of Wellington do hereby proclaim and notify, that the several blocks of land described in the Schedule hereto will be open for purchase and selection at the Crown Lands Office Wellington on and after Tuesday the tenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight under the Land Regulations now in force in the Province of Wellington.

Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington at Wellington this Sixth day of October one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

Province of Wellington.

Aranga-te-Kura Block, Wairarapa.
Contents about 300 Acres.

Bounded north by land selected by C. R. Bidwell; east, by the Ruamahanga river; south, by selection of Matiaha Mokai; and west, by a back water.

Turakina District.
Contents about 698 Acres.

Bounded north by James Allison’s application for 5s. land and by an Educational Reserve; east, by the boundary line between the Rangitikei and Turakina districts; South, by the Waimutu stream; and west, by J. Wilson’s selection of 40 acres, by an Educational Reserve, and by J. Allison’s application for 5s. land.

Bounded north by land selected by W. B. Rhodes and by Block No. XI. (Lake Alice); east, by section No. 66 in the Agricultural Reserve; south, by section No. 71 in the said reserve; and west, by the division line between 5s. and 10s. land.


Sale of 5s. Land in the Warehama Block.

PROCLAMATION.

ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON
Superintendent of the Province of Wellington do hereby in pursuance of the Regulations in this behalf proclaim and notify that the several allotments of land situate in the Warehama Block in the East Coast District in the Province of Wellington and specified in the Schedule hereto except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned will be put up for sale by public auction at the Crown Lands Office in the Town of Wellington on Tuesday the seventeenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight at one o'clock in the afternoon.

If at any time during the sale it shall appear to the Deputy-Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule or to vary the order in which they are to be put up he is hereby authorised to do so.

Given under my hand and issued under the public seal of the Province of Wellington at Wellington this Eighth day of October one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

Defining Mataongaonga School District.

PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston Esquire Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.

WHEREAS by a certain proclamation by his Honor Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent as aforesaid dated the 15th day of August 1866 a certain portion of the District of Wanganui in the said District was declared to be a School District under the name of the Matarawa School District and under the provisions of an Act of the Provincial Council Session II. No. 6. And whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of the said district for the purpose of forming a new district to be called the “Mataongaonga School District”

And whereas the requirements of the “Education Act Amendment Act 1867” have been complied with Now THEREFORE
