NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule here under written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Otaki, on the 2nd day of February 1869, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimants Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the Lands as translated from the Claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Hemi Kupa and Others Mangahanene, at the mouth of Otaki river On the Map, but it has been surveyed by Mr. Swainson; at the present time, the size of the land is nearly six acres. The Maps of each of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington.
Te Rei Paehua Te Kawaroa, at Manawatu In the township of Foxton, Manawatu.
Te Ranginui and Others Parekawau, at Manawatu On the side of the Manawatu river. The boundaries have been delineated on the Map.
