Alteration of Boundaries of the
Carterton School District.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor Isaac Earl FEATHERSTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Islands of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by a certain Proclamation by His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston, as such Superintendent as aforesaid, dated the eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, a certain portion of the District of the Wairarapa, in the Province of Wellington, was declared to be a School District under the name of the Carterton School District, and under the provisions of an Act of the Provincial Council, Session II., No. 6, and whereas it is expedient to alter the boundaries of the said School District in manner hereinafter mentioned. Now therefore I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in virtue of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that such portion of the said Province as is comprised within the following boundaries shall form a District for the purposes of the said Act, to be called the Carterton School District, and that the said Act shall come into operation in the said District on the day of the date hereof.
Commencing at the junction of the Mangatauraera Stream with the Waiohine River, thence up the Mangatauraera Stream until it meets a line being a continuation of the Southern boundary of Sections 173, 145, 171, 89, and, 1, Taratahi Plain Block, thence along the said line to the South Eastern corner of Section No. 1,
Taratahi Plain Block, thence on a Magnetic Bearing of 215Β° 31' until it strikes the Waiohine River, thence up the Waiohine River to the starting point.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this ninth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor Isaac Earl FEATHERSTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS it is expedient that the boundaries of the Township of Carterton, in the District of the Wairarapa, in the Province of Wellington, as proclaimed in the Provincial Government Gazette of the Province of Wellington, dated the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine, should be altered so that the said boundaries should correspond with the boundaries of the Carterton School District. Now therefore I, the said Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in virtue of the power and authority in me vested in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that such portion of the said Province as is comprised within
