NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Wellington on the 27th instant will be heard the claim of Ria Puaha to succeed to land at Remuera, Auckland, held under Crown Grant by the late Rawiri Puaha.

NOTICE has been given to this Office under the hand of the undermentioned Chairman that at a meeting of the Ratepayers of the above District, held at the Mechanics’ Institute at Foxton on the 24th December, 1867, the following persons were elected members of the Board of Wardens for the ensuing two years, viz.:—
