Debtors and Creditors Acts.

IN THE SUPREME COURT.

MIDDLE DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862, and Debtors and Creditors Amendment Acts, 1865-6, and in the matter of the Petition of Wallace Lawrence of Wellington, Licensed Victualler.

On the 3rd day of June, 1867, on hearing, Mr. R. S. Cheesman, as of Counsel for the Petitioner. It is ordered that the personal estate and effects of the said Petitioner shall be protected from arrest until the 15th day of July next, and that a Meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner shall be held on the 24th day of June instant, at the hour of Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Grand Jury Room, Wellington, and that the said Wallace Lawrence shall appear for examination before the said Court on the 15th day of July next, at Ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington.
