Pilotage at Manawatu.

I, ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, pursuant to the powers vested in me in this behalf, do hereby fix the following Pilotage rates for the Manawatu River, viz. :-
Six-pence a ton on all vessels inwards,
and
Six-pence a ton on all vessels outwards.
And I also appoint
MR. WILLIAM LANGLEY
Pilot for the said River.

MASTERTON AND CASTLE POINT ROAD.
Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, June 27, 1867.
TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of Thursday, the 18th of July, for the formation of two miles and fifty four chains of road on the Masterton to Castle Point line near Watson’s, Taueru.
Plans and specifications may be seen at the Provincial Engineer’s Office, Wellington, and Survey Office, Featherston.
