NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of this Court to be held at Wellington on the 19th of June next, will be heard the claim of Wiremu Tamihana, to succeed to the land called Te Pakuao, Province of Wellington, claimed to be owned by the late Wi Te Kiri, of Ohariu, deceased, by virtue of a certain deed dated the day of 18__, under the hand of Colonel M'Cleverty.

Ko taua whenua e kila ana na Wi Te Kiri, o Ohariu, kua mate nei, i riro atu ki ai a i runga i tatahi rire, i tuhituhia i te ra o 18__, i raro i te ringa o Colonel M'Cleverty.
