Uhariu Highways District.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made for the alteration of the Ohariu Highways District, so far as to exclude section 105, Ohariu, from the said Highways District; and the proclamation will be issued by the Superintendent accordingly after the expiration of six months from the date hereof, unless satisfactory cause be shown why the said section should not be so excluded.

Supreme Court, Middle District.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the despatch of Criminal and Civil Business, will be held at the Court House, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Thursday, the first day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses or defendants are required to give their attendance.
NOTICE is hereby further given that the Civil cases will not be called on for trial until Thursday, the eighth day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to which time the Sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned, after the conclusion of the criminal business.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banco, on Thursday, the fifteenth day of March next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon.
