Upon reading the Petition and Schedules filed herein, and the affidavit of Sylvester Coleman, and upon hearing Mr. Izard of Counsel for the Petitioner,

it is ordered that the above-named Petitioner be set down for hearing at Wellington on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven; and that Thursday, the twentieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, be the day appointed for a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner at the offices of Matthew Vere Hodge, of Wanganni, Solicitor, at twelve o’clock noon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee to the said Estate of the said Petitioner, and the mode of winding up the same: and it is further ordered that W. R. B. Brown Esqre., Inspector of Bankruptcy, Wellington, be appointed Sequestrator of the estate and effects of the said Petitioner; and that this order be deemed a vesting order within the meaning of Section No. 8 of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1865.

Upon hearing Mr. Buckley, of Counsel for the Petitioner, it is ordered that a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner be held in the Grand Jury Room of the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on Saturday, the fifth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of recommending the appointment of a Trustee to the Estate of the said Petitioner.
