Upon reading the Petition and Schedules filed herein, and the affidavit of Sylvester Coleman, and upon hearing Mr. Izard of Counsel for the Petitioner,
it is ordered that the above-named Petitioner be set down for hearing at Wellington on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven; and that Thursday, the twentieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, be the day appointed for a meeting of the Creditors of the said Petitioner at the offices of Matthew Vere Hodge, of Wanganni, Solicitor, at twelve o’clock noon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee to the said Estate of the said Petitioner, and the mode of winding up the same: and it is further ordered that W. R. B. Brown Esqre., Inspector of Bankruptcy, Wellington, be appointed Sequestrator of the estate and effects of the said Petitioner; and that this order be deemed a vesting order within the meaning of Section No. 8 of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1865.
