IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND—MIDDLE DISTRICT.

In the matter of the Petition of Edward Smith, of Wellington, in the Province of Wellington and Colony of New Zealand, painter, a Bankrupt;

In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862," and "The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Acts" 1865 and 1866:

On Monday, the third day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six;

Upon reading the Petition and Schedules thereto annexed, and the affidavits therewith filed, and upon hearing Mr Buckley of Counsel for the Petitioner, it is ordered that the above-named Petition be set down for hearing at Wellington on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of January next.
