authority vested in me in this behalf Do
hereby proclaim and appoint that the
station or place lying within the limits
hereinafter specified within the said Port
or Harbour of Wellington shall form and
constitute a station or place for the performance of Quarantine where all vessels
liable to Quarantine and the crews passengers and persons on board thereof
shall perform the same.

The Boundaries of the said Quarantine
Station shall be as follows, viz. :—
A line drawn from Pepiniet Point North-
east by East three quarters of a mile and
then North-west by West three quarters
of a mile to Kai-warra-warra.

And I further appoint the said Quaran-
tine Station shall be considered as such
and subject and liable to all the Regulations in force in that behalf from and
after the day of the date hereof.

under the public seal of the
Province of Wellington at
Wellington this twenty-second
day of November One thousand
eight hundred and sixty-six.
