✨ Land Sales and Highway Boundary Alterations
Wellington do hereby in pursuance of the Regulations in this behalf proclaim and notify that the several Allotments of Land situate in the Whareama Block in the East Coast District in the Province of Wellington and specified in the Schedule hereto except such as may be reserved under the provision hereinafter mentioned will be put up for sale by public auction at the Crown Lands Office in the Town of Wellington on Tuesday the tenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six at one o’clock in the afternoon.
If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service to reserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said schedule or to vary the order in which they are to be put up he is hereby authorised to do so.
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the P.S. Province of Wellington at Wellington this first day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.

Proposed alteration of Boundaries of Karori Highway District.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made for the alteration of the Karori Highway District, so far as to include sections 1 and 2, at present in the Rhodes Highway District, and in the occupation of Job Wilton: and that a Proclamation will be issued by the Superintendent accordingly, after the expiration of six months from the date hereof, unless satisfactory cause can be shown why the said sections should not be so included.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made for the alteration of the Rhodes Highway District, so far as to exclude sections 1 and 2, in the occupation of Job Wilton, from the said Highways District: and that a Proclamation will be issued by the Superintendent accordingly, after the expiration of six months from the date hereof, unless satisfactory cause be shown why the said sections should not be so excluded.
