NOTICE is hereby given that the next Sittings of the District Court of Wellington, for the despatch of Civil Business, will be held at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 15th day of May, at Ten o’clock in the forenoon.

Qualification of A. W. Thornton, Esq., as Medical Practitioner.

IT is hereby notified for general information that the Honorary Secretary of the Medical Board has reported that the Qualification of Augustus Willoughby Thornton, Esq., has been examined by the Medical Board and found to be correct.

Rhodes Highway District.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 15th May, 1866.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made for the alteration of the Rhodes Highway District, so far as to exclude sections 7, 8, and 9, Kai-warra-warra District, from the said District; and the Proclamation will be issued by the Superintendent accordingly after the expiration of six months from the date hereof, unless satisfactory cause be shown why the said sections should not be so excluded.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims on behalf of themselves and others of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the schedule hereunder written to the several blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, will be investigated at Otaki, Wellington, on the 6th of July next, and following days.
