Appointment of Deputy Superintendent.
PROCLAMATION
By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston Esquire Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.
I ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON Superintendent of the Province of Wellington do hereby in virtue of the powers vested in me in this behalf by the "Superintendent's Deputy Act 1856" of the General Assembly of New Zealand proclaim and appoint
WILLIAM WARING TAYLOR, Esq., J.P.,
of Wellington to be my Deputy and as such to perform and exercise all such acts and powers as by the said Act I am empowered to confer on a Deputy.
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington at P.S. Wellington this fourth day of October 1865.

Governor's Assent to "Reclaimed Land Act, 1865."
PROCLAMATION
By His Honor William Waring Taylor Esquire Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.
I WILLIAM WARING TAYLOR Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Wellington do hereby proclaim and signify that the Act of the Provincial Council of Wellington Session XIII. No. 3 intituled "An Act to Shorten the Notice of the Sale of Certain Lots on the Reclaimed Land in Wellington" which was reserved by His Honor the Superintendent for the signification of the Governor's assent having been laid before the Governor His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington at P.S. Wellington this eleventh day of October one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
