Land in East Coast District open for Selection.
PROCLAMATION
By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON,
Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby proclaim and notify that Sections numbers five hundred and thirty-three (533), six hundred and four (604), and six hundred and seven (607), in the Whareama Block, in the East Coast District, containing about six hundred and thirty-five (635) acres more or less, will be open for purchase and selection at the Crown Lands Office, Wellington, on and after Tuesday, the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, under the Land Regulations of the fourth day of March, 1853, and the additional Land Regulations of the fifteenth day of February, 1855.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.

Alteration in the Boundaries of the Karori Highway District.
PROCLAMATION
By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation, dated the eleventh day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-one, under the Public Seal of the Province, and hand of Charles William Schultze, the then Deputy Superintendent: It was declared that the block of land in Karori therein described, the boundaries whereof were as follows, namely, towards the North by the northern boundary of John Thompson’s and William Quilter’s selections, and by the northern boundary of Sections numbers thirty-three, thirty-one, and thirty, Karori District: East by the eastern boundary of Sections numbers thirty and twenty-nine, and thence by the southern boundary of Sections numbers twenty-nine and thirty-two, to the Kai-warra stream; again towards the east by the Kai-warra stream to the southern boundary of James Short’s two hundred acre selection: South by a line from the said southern boundary of James Short’s two hundred acre selection to the southeast corner of Section number one, Makara District: West by the eastern boundary of the South Makara District, and by a portion of the eastern boundary of the North Makara District, to the aforesaid northern boundary of John Thompson’s selection.
