Sittings of the Supreme Court.
SUPREME COURT, MIDDLE DISTRICT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the Dispatch of Civil and Criminal business, will be holden at the Court House, in the Supreme Court Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 1st day of March next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon—pursuant to proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given that the Civil cases will not be called on for trial until Tuesday, the 8th day of March next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, to which time the sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned, after the conclusion of the Criminal business.
The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Tuesday, the 15th day of March next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon.
