Kaiwarrawarra Road District.

PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, ESQUIRE, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.

WHEREAS by an Act of the Provincial Council, of the Province of Wellington, Session IX, No. 10, intituled the "District Highways Act, 1862," it was enacted that the Superintendent might for the purpose of the said Act from time to time, by Proclamation, divide the Province, or any part thereof, into Districts, and in like manner subdivide, alter, or reunite the same: NOW, THEREFORE, I, ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, the Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby proclaim and declare that all that piece of land situate in and bounded on the North by a line drawn from the North Western corner of Section seven Kinapora District, to the junction of the Kaiwarrawarra and Ngahauranga Roads. East by the Ngahauranga Road until it intersects the Western boundary of Section nine Harbour District, and from thence along the Eastern boundaries of Section seven, six, five, four, three, two, one Kinapora District, thence along the Northern boundary of Section four Harbour District, and thence along the Eastern boundaries of said Section and Section No. three Harbour District. South by the Southern boundary of Section three Harbour District, thence along the Eastern boundary of Section five and four Kaiwarrawarra District, until the said Section four intersects the Kaiwarrawarra stream, thence along the Kaiwarrawarra stream to the South Eastern boundary of Section eight Kaiwarrawarra District, and thence along the Southern boundaries of Sections eight and seven Kaiwarrawarra District. West by the Western boundaries of Sections seven and nine, Kaiwarrawarra District, the Government Domain, and Sections one, two, three, four, five, six, and seven Kinapora District, as delineated on the plan hereunto annexed, shall form and constitute a District for the purposes of the said recited Act, and shall be called the "Kaiwarrawarra Road District."

Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, this thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
