Hart, of Counsel for the Petitioner, and
Mr. Allen, of Counsel for John Martin,
the detaining Creditor. It is ordered
that a meeting of the Creditors of the
said John Greaves, shall be held at the
Supreme Court House, Wellington, on
Friday, the eighth day of January, 1863,
at two o'clock in the afternoon, at which
meeting the Creditors who shall have
proved their debts may suggest the
name of a sequestrator and make such
recommendations to this Court touching
the management of the estate and effects
of the said John Greaves, as to them
or a majority of them shall seem meet.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
MIDDLE DISTRICT.

ON TUESDAY, the 15th day of
December, 1863, upon hearing
the Petition herein, and the affidavit of
John Greaves, sworn and filed on the
fourteenth instant, read and what was
alleged by Mr. Hart of Counsel for the
Petitioner, and Mr. Allen of Counsel for
John Martin, the detaining Creditor.
It is ordered that the said Petition
should be set down for hearing at the
Supreme Court House, Wellington, on
Friday, the 15th day of January, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty-four,
at eleven o'clock in the forenoon.

PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHER-
ston, Esquire, Superintendent of
the Province of Wellington, in the
Islands of New Zealand.

I, ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON,
Superintendent of the Province of
Wellington, do hereby in pursuance of
the Regulations in this behalf, Proclaim
and notify that the Sections numbered
eighty-five (85), and eighty-six (86), in
the Tupurupuru Block, in the Wairara-
rapa district in the Province of Welling-
ton, containing respectively one hundred
and thirty-eight (138) acres, and one
hundred (100) acres, will be put up for
sale by public auction at the Crown
Lands Office, in the Town of Wellington,
on Thursday, the eleventh day of Febru-
ary, one thousand eight hundred and
sixty-four, at one o'clock in the after-
noon, at the upset price of five shillings
per acre.

Given under my hand and issued
under the Public Seal of the Pro-
vince of Wellington, at Welling-
ton, this twenty-third day of
December, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-three.
