Deposit of Plans, &c., Ohariu District Road.

Wellington, December 22, 1863.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Wardens of the Ohariu District, have made and deposited in this office a survey plan and section of a new road or highway intended to be made by them, and a book in which is recorded the names of the owners and occupiers of the land on which such highway is intended to be, with an estimate of the expense thereof and of the quantities of land required for the same, together with a statement of the amount of compensation proposed to be paid to each of the owners and occupiers of such lands, in conformity with the "District Highways Act, 1862," Section 22.
Notice is also given that a meeting of the Board will be held on the 28th day of January, 1864, at the house of Mr. M. Tuohy, Ohariu, to receive any objections or suggestions relative to such intended highway, or to the amount of compensation proposed to be paid.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the said Court will be holden at the Court House, at Wellington, on Friday the 15th day of January next, at ten o\'clock in the forenoon, for the despatch of all business occurring under the provision of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
MIDDLE DISTRICT.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named Intestate are, on or before the 15th day of March, 1864, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esq., at his office in the Court House, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said estate.
