Appointment of Deputy Superintendent.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington in the Colony of New Zealand.
I, ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington Do hereby in virtue of the powers vested in me in this behalf by the “Superintendent’s Deputy Act, 1856” of the General Assembly of New Zealand, proclaim and appoint
CHARLES WILLIAM SCHULTZE, ESQ., J.P.
of Wellington, to be my Deputy, and as such to perform and exercise all such acts and powers as by the said Act I am empowered to confer upon a Deputy,
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at L.S. Wellington, this fourteenth day of October, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.

Proclamation extending the “Horokiwi Road District.”
By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation issued under the hand of Charles William Schultze, the Deputy Superintendent, and of the public seal of the Province of Wellington, on the Thirty-first day of July one thousand eight hundred and sixty one, a part of the District laid down on the New Zealand Company’s Plan and thereon designated the Horokiwi Road District, comprising certain sections in such proclamation particularly described and delineated, was declared to be a Highways District within the meaning of the Act or Acts then in force for the management of District Roads, by the style or title of “The Horokiwi Road District”; And Whereas it is expedient to comprise within the said Highways District certain other sections,
Now, therefore I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the said Province of Wellington, do hereby in exercise of the power vested in me in that behalf, proclaim and declare that henceforth the sections hereinafter described, viz., the sections laid out on the New Zealand Company’s Plan of the Horokiwi Road District aforesaid, and numbered four,
