BANK OF NEW ZEALAND
NOTIFICATION TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS OF CRUIKSHANK, McDONALD & CO.
In the matter of the estate of Cruikshank, McDonald & Co., Bankers, Wellington, suspended payment on the 12th day of August, 1848, and for the regulation of credit and other claims against the said estate:
Notice is hereby given, that all persons having claims against the estate of the said Cruikshank, McDonald & Co., are required to send in particulars of their claims, duly verified by affidavit, to the undersigned, at Wellington, on or before the 30th day of November next, at noon.
And all persons indebted to the said estate are required to pay the amount of their respective debts to the undersigned, at the said office of the Bank of New Zealand, on or before the same day and hour.

In the Estate of George Hunter, of Wellington, Merchant, a Bankrupt
Notice is hereby given, that a first general meeting of the creditors of the above-named bankrupt will be held at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on Friday the 13th day of October next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of choosing assignees, and of transacting such other business as may be brought before the said meeting.
