Debtors and Creditors' Notice.

NOTICE.

By an order of the Supreme Court, dated the 20th day of June, 1863, the Estate of William Waring Taylor, of the Town of the Pauatahanui, in the County of Wellington, and of the District of Porirua, in the Province of Wellington, has been declared an insolvent Estate, under the provisions of the "Insolvent Debtors' Act, 1863"; and all Creditors and Effects should be taken, and all Claims against William Waring Taylor as Debtor, be filed in the Supreme Court, subject to the further order of the Court.
