Sittings of the Supreme Court

under the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."

BY VIRTUE of the powers conferred upon me by the ‘Debtors and Creditors Act 1862,’ I hereby appoint sittings of the Supreme Court for the despatch of all business accruing under the provisions of the said Act, at the Supreme Court in Wellington, on the following days on every year till further notice, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon. Provided that when any such day shall happen to be a Sunday or holiday, such sittings shall be held on the following day (not being a holiday.)

The 15th day of January.

The 15th day of July.
The 8th day of November.
