Toll Bar at Kai-warra-warra.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, ESQUIRE, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Islands of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act of the Provincial Council, Session IX., No. 1, the Superintendent was authorised to erect a Toll Bar with House and other works necessary thereto, at some convenient place on the Kai-warra-warra Road, outside the town, and to fix by Proclamation in the Government Gazette the day on and after which Tolls should be levied at such Toll Bar : And whereas in pursuance thereof a Toll Bar has been erected on the Kai-warra-warra Road : Now therefore I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the said Province of Wellington, Do hereby proclaim that Tolls shall be levied at the Toll Bar so erected, on and after the second day of March next.
Given under my hand and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of February, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.

Governor's assent to Loan Act.
PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, ESQUIRE, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Islands of New Zealand.
I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, Do hereby proclaim and signify that the Act of the Provincial Council session IX number 2, intituled “an Act to authorize the Superintendent to raise a further Loan of Twenty-five Thousand Pounds,” which was reserved by me for the signification of the Governor’s assent, having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this Seventeenth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.
