MIDDLE DISTRICT.
NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the dispatch of Civil and Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court House, in the Provincial Government Buildings, at Wellington, on Saturday, the first day of March next, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Causes will not be called on for trial until Saturday, the 8th day of March next, at 10 o’clock, a.m.; to which time the Sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.
