NOTICE.
THE undermentioned Gentlemen, viz.,
Messrs. G. Moore,
D. Dick,
J. Wood,
Rk Sinclair,
W. Wakenham,
W. Fitzherbert,
H. Neil, and
J. Grace, (Chairman)
were elected Wardens for the Wairuni-o-mata District, on Saturday, the 28th day of October, 1865.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the 14th Board of Wardens for the Wairuni-o-mata District Road have caused to be made and deposited in the Office of the Provincial Secretary, Wellington, a survey plan and section of the works of an intended road from Peg No. 60, Section No. 1, to Peg No. 86, Section No. 28, and a book in which is recorded the names of the owners and occupiers of the land on which the road is intended to be made, in terms of the “District Highways’ Act, 1858,” which may be seen on application.

At the Annual General Meeting of the Ratepayers for the above District, held the 22nd November, 1861, the following persons were elected Wardens:
