KAHARAUPONGA DISTRICT ROAD.
AT A GENERAL MEETING of Voters at the Kaharauponga District Road held at the house of Mr. BENJAMIN SMITH, on the 28th December, 1860, the following persons were elected a Board of Wardens for the said District, viz. :
Messrs. Henry G. Mussen (Chairman)
Alexander Milne
James Wilson
Walter Crawford
Henry Amphlet, and
Francis Williamson.

SOUTH KARORI ROAD DISTRICT.
AT A MEETING of the Electors of the South Karori Road District held at the house of Mr. RICHARD TUCKWELL, on the 7th January, 1861, the following persons were elected a Board of Wardens for the said District, viz. :

Allen Lewer
Henry Page
William Booth
Robert Russell, and
Richard Tuckwell

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the District Court of Wellington for the despatch of business, will be holden at the Supreme Court house at Wellington, on Wednesday, the 20th day of February next, at ten o’clock in forenoon, when all parties concerned are required to give their attendance.
Notice is hereby also given that such Court will be finally adjourned till the following Thursday, the 28th day of February, to the School House at Greytown, Wairarapa, in the said District of Wellington, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, should the business of the Court require it, when all parties concerned are required to give their attendance.
Applications for summons and other proceedings of the District Court are to be made to the Clerk of the Court, at the District Court Office, Wellington, between the hours of 10 and 4 daily—except on Saturdays when the office will close at 2 o’clock.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned as Wharfingers and Sawyers, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. John Plimmer will discharge and settle all debts due to and by the late co-partnership concern.

AT A MEETING of the Board of Wardens for the Kaharauponga Road District, held at Messrs. Willcox’s, Ashtead, Rangitiki, on 5th January, 1861.
Mr. G.H. Mussen was appointed Chairman of the Board.
At the same meeting, Monday, 11th February, 1861, at 2 p.m., was appointed for a Public Meeting of owners and occupiers of land in the district, to be held at Mr. Smith’s, Everton, Rangitiki, for the purpose of laying on a rate for the construction of proposed road.
