Merchant, is plaintiff, and James Walker, is de-
fendant, and whereas it hath been made known to

hands or in the custody or under the control of

NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting
of the Justices will be held at the Resident
Magistrates’ Court Wellington, on Tuesday, the
3rd day of September next, at 12 o’clock, Noon,
for the purpose of considering applications for the
Transfer of Publicans Licences pursuant to the
Licensing Ordinance, Session II, No. XII.
