NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Road Rates imposed on the Sections, Nos. 15, 20, 21, 34, and 36 in the Ohariu District, not having been paid, and upwards of six months having elapsed since the posting of the assessment, it is the intention of the Board of Wardens to sell the portions of such several sections hereinafter described,

viz.:—

And Notice is hereby also given that Mr. James Smith, of Lambton Quay, Merchant, and Auctioneer, has been appointed by His Honor the Superintendent, to sell the same, and the plans of the land to be sold are deposited at Mr. Smith’s Offices.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the undermentioned application has been registered at the Crown Land Office, Wellington, and that failing objections, duly given to the Commissioner of Crown Lands within three months from the date hereof, a License for the Run will be issued to the applicants.
