SUPREME COURT.

MIDDLE DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the dispatch of Civil and Criminal Business, will be held at the Court-house, in the Provincial Government buildings, at Wellington, on Saturday, the first day of December next, at ten o’Clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Causes will not be called on for trial until Saturday, the 8th day of December, at 10 o’Clock, a.m., to which time the Sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned, after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.

The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Saturday, the 15th day of December, at half-past 10 o’Clock, a.m.

VICE-ADMIRALTY COURT.

THIS Court will sit for the dispatch of business in the Provincial Government Buildings on Saturday, the 15th day of December next, at 10 o’Clock, a.m., when all persons whom it may concern are required to give their attendance.

DISTRICT COURT.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Sitting of the District Court will be holden at the Supreme Court House at Wellington, on Wednesday the 21st day of November, 1860, at Ten o’Clock in the forenoon, when all parties concerned are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given that a Sitting of the District Court of Wanganui for the despatch of civil and criminal business will be holden at the Resident Magistrate’s Court House, Wanganui, in the Province of Wellington, on Wednesday, the 19th day of December next, or so soon after as practicable, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.
