HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified for general information, that a Writ for the Election of One Member to serve in the Provincial Council for the Wellington Country Districts, having been issued in accordance with clause 12 of “An Act to grant a Representative Constitution to the Colony of New Zealand,” the Returning Officer has returned the said Writ, with a Certificate that the undermentioned gentleman has been duly elected to serve as a Member of the said Provincial Council for the said Wellington Country Districts,
