SUPREME COURT.

MIDDLE DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand for the despatch of Civil and Criminal business, will be held at the Court House in the Provincial Government Buildings at Wellington, on FRIDAY, the first day of June next, at ten o’Clock in the forenoon, pursuant to proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given, that the Civil causes will not be called on for trial until Friday, the Eighth of June, at 10 o’Clock, a.m., to which time the Sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.

The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Friday, the fifteenth day of June, at half-past ten o’Clock, a.m.

VICE-ADMIRALTY COURT.

THIS Court will sit for the despatch of business in the Court House, in the Provincial Government Buildings, on FRIDAY, the fifteenth day of June next, at 10 o’Clock, a.m., when all persons whom it may concern are required to give their attendance.
