In the Estate of HENRY FAGET MAY,
Master Mariner, Deceased, Intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court the Creditors of the above named Intestate, are, on or before the 21st day of January, 1860, to come in and prove their debts before ROBERT RODGER STRANG, Esq., at his Office in the Court House, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from said Estate.

DISTRICT COURT.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the District Court of Wellington, for the dispatch of business, will be holden at the Supreme Court House at Wellington on Wednesday the 16th day of November next at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

Notice is hereby further given that such Court will sit monthly on the 3rd Wednesday, except in the months of December, January, June, and July.
