NOTICE.

Wellington,
5th November, 1859.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Survey Plan and Section of a Road proposed to be made by the Wardens of the Mataongaonga District leading from the No. 3 Line to Churton’s Cliff, with a list of the names and occupiers of the land, on which such road is intended to be, an estimate of the expense thereof, and of the quantities of land required for the same, with a statement of the amount of compensation proposed to be paid to each of the owners and occupiers of such land, are now deposited in this Office, and open for the inspection of all persons interested, in accordance with the 22nd clause of the “District Highways’ Act,” of Session III., No. 4.

Notice is further given that there will be a meeting of the Board for the said Mataongaonga District at the House of H. CHURTON, Esq., on the Twenty-fifth day of November, inst., at the hour of one o’clock, p.m.
