SUPREME COURT.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the dispatch of Civil and Criminal Business, will be holden at the Court House, in the Provincial Government Buildings, at Wellington, on Thursday, the first day of September next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation, at which time and place all persons bound by Recognizances, Prosecutors, Witnesses, or Defendants, are required to give their attendance.

Notice is hereby further given, that the Civil Causes will not be called on for trial until Wednesday, the 7th day of September, at 10 o’clock, a.m., to which time the Sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned, after the conclusion of the Criminal Business.

The Supreme Court will sit in Banco on Monday, the 5th day of September, at half-past 10 o’clock, a.m.

ADDITIONAL LAND REGULATIONS for the Amendment and Extension of the Regulations of 4th March, 1853, and of the Additional Regulations adopted by the Council for the Province of Wellington, on Thursday, February 16th, 1855, and Proclaimed by His Excellency the Governor on the 16th day of June, 1855.

Loan Reserves.

  1. The Superintendent is authorised, and is hereby required, to reserve out of the Town, Suburban and Rural Lands, now open or hereafter to be open for sale in different parts of the Province, suitable allotments and sections of land, to be designated “Loan Reserves.”

  2. These Loan Reserves shall be properly defined and proclaimed and characterised by some suitable mark on the maps of each district.

  3. So soon as conveniently can be, after such Reserves shall have been so defined and proclaimed, the Superintendent shall...
