NOTICE.
Provincial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 5th July, 1858.
AT an Annual Meeting of the Voters
of the Tunuhaere Road District,
held at the house of Mr. Richardson, on
Saturday, June 19th, Messrs. John Bryce,
Philip Musson, John Getty, William
Kells, Daniel Richardson, sen., Henry
Nathan, Henry C. Field, and James D.
Hewitt, were elected to serve as Wardens
for the District, and at a Meeting
of the said Wardens held on Thursday,
June 24th, they elected Mr. Daniel
Richardson, sen., to be the Chairman.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that
John Milsome, July, has this day
purchased from the Government 800
Acres of Rural Land, forming part of
the Runs held under License by Mr.
J. H. Northwood, and by Messrs. Smith
& Ravens, in the Wairarapa District.

WE, the undersigned James Phillips
and John Jones, who for some
time past have been carrying on the
Trades and Businesses of Bakers and
Confectioners at the Hutt, in the Province
of Wellington, under the style or
firm of "Phillips & Jones," do hereby
give notice that such Partnership is this
day dissolved by mutual consent. All
debts due to the said Partnership are
hereby directed to be paid to James
Phillips, and all claims upon the said
Partnership are to be sent in to the said
James Phillips. Witness our hands
this 21st day of June, 1858.
