PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, Do hereby, in pursuance of the regulations in this behalf, Proclaim and Notify that the several allotments of land situate in the Agricultural Reserve in the Rangitiki District, and specified in Schedule hereto annexed (except such as may be reserved under the provision hereafter mentioned) will be put up for sale by Public Auction at the Survey Office in Wanganui, on Thursday, the 13th day of August next, at noon.

There is an extensive Bush of good Timber within two miles of the North-Western side of the Block, to which rights of road exist over intervening lands, and purchasers of the Allotments now proclaimed will have Timber Licenses granted to them, to cut Timber in the said Bush for use on the purchased land.

If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Land Commissioner beneficial or expedient for the Public Service
