Notice to Builders.

Provincial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 11th August, 1856.

TENDERS for Building a Court-House and Police Station at Wanganui will be received at the Resident Magistrate's Office, Wanganui, up to WEDNESDAY, the 27th day of August.

Plans and Specifications may be seen at the Resident Magistrate's Office at Wanganui, and the Tenders to be addressed to the Bench of Magistrates, Wanganui.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above-named Intestate are, on or before the 22nd day of November next, to come in and prove their Debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, at his office in the Court-House, Wellington, or in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.
