(PROVINCE OF WELLINGTON.)

VOL. II.] SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1, 1855. [No. 18.

PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, &c., &c., &c.

WHEREAS, by a Proclamation issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, bearing date the 8th day of May, 1855, and published in the Government Gazette of 10th May, 1855, certain boundaries were defined of the Small Farm Reserve on the Taratahi Plain: And whereas it is expedient that such boundaries should be amended, so as to extend the said Reserve to the line of road from Greytown to Masterton:

Now I, the Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby PROCLAIM and DECLARE, that so much of the Waste Lands of the Crown as are situated between the western boundary of the said Reserve, as defined by the said in part recited Proclamation, and the road laid out from Greytown to Masterton, and as shall not have been applied for previous to the 31st October, 1855, shall be, and the same is hereby, added to the said same Small Farm Reserve.

Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, the ninth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-five.
